1-Year Warranty

All Hamvay-Láng bedding products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including:

• Stitching coming apart
• Fabric flaws or holes
• Filling escaping from the product
• Clumping or uneven migration of down or feather filling

To make a claim:

Your warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by abuse or unexpected wear and tear
• If there’s evidence of product abuse, misuse or use other than domestic by you or family
• If animals have been allowed to sleep or walk on the product
• Unsanitary duvets, pillows, mattress protectors or toppers
• Accidental damage; you may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy
• Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
• Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
• Deliberate damage or neglect of the insured product

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.

Please include a short note telling us the reason for your return — it helps us understand our customers better.

Important notes:

• Items made to custom sizes are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing or shipping error on our part.
• Returned linens (such as pillow protectors, duvet covers, or pillowcases) must be unused, unopened, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
