How Hamvay-Láng Rewards Work

Earning Points

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points once you have a Hamvay-Láng account and place an order using the same email address connected to that account. You can also collect points by completing simple actions such as subscribing to our newsletter, sharing our website, or celebrating your birthday.

When will my points appear in my account?
Points are added once your order is completed. For non-purchase actions (like signing up or sharing), points appear shortly after the action is verified.

Can I earn points for referring a friend? How does that work?
Yes. Share your unique referral link (found on your Rewards page). When your friend makes their first purchase using that link, they’ll receive a discount, and you’ll earn bonus points as a thank-you.

Can I earn points if I check out as a guest?
If you check out as a guest but use the same email address as your Rewards account, your points will still be credited automatically. If you use a different email address, the system won’t recognize it — but our Customer Service team can help link your order to your account if you reach out to info@hamvay-lang.com.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points directly on your Rewards page once logged in. Choose a reward and you’ll receive a discount code to apply at checkout.

Can I use more than one reward in a single purchase?
No — only one reward can be applied per order.

Can I combine points discounts with other discount codes?
No — rewards and point-based discounts can’t be combined with other promotional codes.

What happens if I return or cancel an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Currency and Points

Why are my points shown in USD?
Our Rewards system uses USD as a technical base currency for consistency across all markets. When you shop in another currency, we automatically convert your order total to USD using the current exchange rate, and your points are issued based on that converted value. This ensures that every customer earns points of equal value, no matter which currency they shop in.

How are points calculated when I shop in a different currency?
We convert your order amount into USD in the background before sending it to our Rewards system. For example, if you spend €100 and the current exchange rate equals $108, you’ll receive 108 points. The conversion happens automatically — there’s nothing you need to do.

Why does my reward (for example, $25 discount) appear in USD if I’m shopping in another currency?
Reward values are displayed in USD because that’s the base currency used by our system. When you redeem a reward, we automatically convert it to the equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout, so the value of your reward remains the same wherever you shop from.

Is the value of my rewards the same in every currency?
Yes. All rewards hold the same equivalent value after automatic currency conversion at checkout, ensuring fairness and consistency for all customers.
