Shipping Information

For orders shipped within Europe:

• For orders below 199 EUR, shipping cost is 9 EUR
  
• For orders above 199 EUR, we offer free shipping
• You can always check the shipping rates by adding products to your cart. Shipping rates are calculated based on your cart value. 

Delivery: We use International Expedited Shipping for all our deliveries. EMS POST – Express Mail Service

Average delivery time is 5 business days.

We keep you informed throughout the shipping and delivery process.

Return Policy

We make returns easy: simply return your order within 30 days from purchase date and We'll refund or credit the value of the item (our shipping cost will not be refunded). Custom orders are not returnable. 

• Please help us to better understand our customers and write a reason for return.
• Items that are made for custom sizes are non-returnable.
• All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
• Pillowcases, Pillow Protectors or Duvet Covers are only returnable if they have not been removed from the packaging. 
• You can expect a credit within 7 days of our receiving your returned product.
