After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your declaration. If your withdrawal request is valid, we will provide separate instructions for returning your item(s).

Important information

Before submitting your withdrawal declaration, please note:

• Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
• For hygiene reasons, sealed Pillowcases, Pillow Protectors and Duvet Covers cannot be returned once the original seal has been broken.
