More a bolster than a neck roll

I got the soft neck roll pillow (70% down), which is of high quality but not what I expected. I will not be able to use it for sleeping--it is too big (the size of a small bolster) and not nearly as soft as I need. It's not worth it to return it, but I will give it away to someone who needs a softish bolster.
