Return Policy:
We'll refund or credit the value of the item (our shipping cost will not be refunded). Custom orders are not returnable.

- Items that are made for custom sizes are non-returnable.
- All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- Pillowcases, Pillow Protectors or Duvet Covers are only returnable if they have not been removed from the packaging.
