Sleeping Positions

Your sleep position will offer some important clues into which pillow is perfect for you

Back Sleepers

Back sleepers will benefit from a medium/firm pillow that provides that extra bit of support as it helps you better align your head and neck for less chance of neck strain. Our Chamber pillow is made with an inner chamber of a denser fill to help create structure and support, with softer fill around the outside.

Stomach Sleepers

Stomach sleepers require the thinnest/softest pillows out of the three sleep positions. A soft pillow will help keep your body in alignment allowing your head and neck to rest in a more neutral position. You might even consider propping up your pelvis with another thin pillow to improve spinal alignment.

Side Sleepers

Side sleepers require firm pillows with great support that help nestle and cradle the space between the ear and shoulders. Side sleepers can also benefit from a second pillow placed between the knees, which helps keep the spine in alignment.
